Led more than $800 million in commercial real estate projects throughout the United States and Europe, with a focus on multifamily communities, townhomes and residential master-planned developments.
The Landings at Gateway
Directed the acquisition, entitlement and construction of The Landings at Gateway, one of Denver’s premier luxury rental townhome communties, while leading additional multifamily development near Denver International Airport.

Before entering real estate development Andrew practiced corporate and international law with a Catalan law firm in Barcelona, negotiating cross-border agreements and representing international business interests throughout Europe.

Andrew lives in Athens, Greece with his wife Melinda and their two youngest children.
