Designed to meet growing demand for housing near Denver International Airport, the community combines spacious residences with contemporary finishes and convenient access to employment, recreation and the greater Denver metro area.
Each residence offers the space and functionality of a townhome within a professionally managed rental community, creating an attractive alternative to traditional apartment living.
That last paragraph is intentionally more RW/investment-oriented than the leasing site’s copy. The consumer site confirms the homes have features including attached two-car garages with EV charging, patios/balconies, laundry, walk-in closets and contemporary interiors.
