Innovator in Educational Facility Development

Prior to joining Robinson Williams, Allen worked several decades at Denver Public Schools.  His work there included many years of classroom teaching and school administration, before transitioning to a focus on special projects, new school construction, shared campus arrangements and bond execution.

While in the role of Director of Research, Planning and Special Programs, Alan represented DPS as manager for both the 1998 and 2003 General Obligation Bonds.  He also played a pivotal role representing DPS in the award-winning relocation of the Emily Griffith Technical College, Emily Griffith High School, Downtown Denver Expeditionary School,  and Denver Public Schools administrative services into its downtown facility.
